Zach is going to be a big brother...

Meet the reason I have been so tired for the past few months and have been unable to update the blog! Baby Nagel #2 is due October 26th and we are all so excited. Zach loves to pat my tummy and say "hi baby." He even got to come with us to the first sonogram and see his new brother or sister on the screen. He loved waving at the baby and the baby waved right back at him. We know he is going to be a great big brother. 

Zach's first race!

On Saturday Zach ran in the Clarksburg 5K. He didn't actually run 3 miles but he did run in the kids fun run. It was a beautiful day and a great day for him to do his first race! 

So he didn't actually run the whole thing and was a little confused about what everyone was running from but daddy carried him across the finish line and he still got his medal. We are going to begin training tomorrow for next years race :-) 

While mommy, daddy, and Papere ran the race Zach practiced running hills with Grandma. 

Apparently his parents were taking way too long!

Happy Birthday Zach!

Today is Zach's 2nd birthday! I can't believe my little baby is already 2. We have been having a wonderful weekend celebrating his birthday. Grandma and Papere came in for the weekend and we went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Zach especially loved the turtles. We had a great birthday celebration on Saturday evening with family and a digger cake. Zach is a happy two year old!
